GET INVOLVED AT THE BAYSHORE SCHOOL

The Bayshore Elementary School District has a long history of family involvement. You can support your child’s education by volunteering in classrooms, going on field trips, getting involved in PTO and fundraising efforts, and serving on district and school committees. We welcome and encourage your involvement because it benefits your children, their school, and the district as a whole.

Any person that is seeking to enter the school that is not an employee, current student, or approved volunteer. 
 
Must be approved prior to visit by the Principal or Superintendent. 
MINORS (UNder 18)

MINORS (UNder 18)

Visiting minors must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
 
Volunteer Minors must complete the Parent/Gaurdian form prior to volunteering for an event of period of time. 
 
Please complete and submit the form below to the front office.

Any person who is assigned to help with students or a school event that has completed the volunteer process.
 
  1.  Submit the Volunteer Application with the documents listed in the paperwork.
  2. Livescan that must clear prior to volunteering. Fingerprinting must be completed at UPS: 235 Westlake Center, Daly City, CA 94015
  3. TB test within the past 4 years. (This must be renewed every 4 years to be a valid volunteer)
  4. Proof of Covid vaccines. (If you do not have Covid vaccines, then a Covid test must be submitted the day of volunteering)
 
All documents can be picked up at the front office and need to be submitted prior to volunteering. Administrative office will confirm once all the necessary steps are completed. 
 
FAQ:
 
Do I need to resumbit the paperwork every year?
 
No, all the paperwork and fingerprinting will last indefinitely. The TB test is the only requirement that needs to be done every 4 years.
 
Can fingerprints be done elsewhere?
 
Fingerprinting is only accepted at the location listed above under The Bayshore School District. No other fingerprints are accepted.
